Blue Point Civic Association at a Glance
Blue Point Civic Association (BPCA) knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through the actions of our initiatives. The BPCA was formed by a group of concerned citizens to combat proposed zoning changes that would have changed the landscape of Blue Point forever. As the group continued it became clear there was even more that this Non-Profit organization could undertake to help preserve our community.
